Fairy Tale Notes

Please bring a Chapter Gift as a door prize if you would like to do so. They will be distributed Saturday night after dinner.

Sisters who volunteer to be Table Hostesses will be contacted directly. Feel free to bring a small gift for your table hostess.

The Photo Booth will be available with a Fairy Tale backdrop for all your cute selfies.

Ways and Means Beta Boutique: Cost per table for the Beta Boutique is $30. Your chapter is responsible for manning your table during open hours. If you need to step away, you may wish to cover your table so plan accordingly.  ALL raffle items will be announced at dinner on Saturday, so winners must be drawn at 4pm Saturday and given to the convention room manager Deb Woodham.  

If you want to recognize a sister who has passed in 2025/2026, please bring a framed photo and short bio to be read aloud Friday evening.  Photos will be displayed during the weekend and need to be picked up by Sunday morning.

Friday Dinner is a business casual event. The lakeside fire pit will be available after dinner.  A light wrap is likely needed to be cozy.

Saturday Dinner is the costumed event. Let your Fairy Tales Come True during dinner and be the Belle of the Ball at the after party! Calling all queens, witches, munchkins and more!

PLEASE refrain from using perfumes or strong fragrances. Some sisters have severe allergies, asthma, and/or other respiratory concerns.
