PLEASE NOTE: Hotel reservations will be handled directly through the Otesaga Resort Hotel to give sisters the best experience possible. Call the hotel phone number or reserve online using the following instructions from The Otesaga Resort Hotel.
There are 2 ways to book:
- Sisters can call the Reservations Office Monday through Friday and weekends from 8:30am-5:00pm at 800-348-6222, option 1. Hours may vary. To receive the special rate, they must mention the name of the event (Beta Sigma Phi NYS convention) and the dates (October 2,3 and 4).
- Sisters can use the hotel website 24/7 with this direct booking link: Beta Sigma Phi 2026. You will need to input the following to gain access:

Any guests not referring to the group when calling or booking improperly online will not be eligible for the discounted rate at a later date once the block is full and/or past the cutoff date. Please do not email credit card information as email is not secure.
Reminder: All meal costs are included with the hotel reservation.
Total cost for convention weekend payable to The Otesaga directly – includes room plus all meals:
- Single: $1060 + tax
- 2 people: $711 + tax per person – (1 room cost divided by 2 plus all meals for each person)
- 3 people: $595 + tax per person – (1 room cost divided by 3 plus all meals for each person)
- 4 people: $537 + tax per person – (1 room cost divided by 4 plus all meals for each person)
Selection of FORUMS, DAY TRIPS and/or SHIRTS are optional costs. Please fill in your selections on the Registration Form and return with check payable to Beta Sigma Phi to convention registrar Regina Baker, 24 Club Ave Oneonta NY 13820. Please note “2026 Convention” on your check.
